Pony Stars is our Junior Challenge Awards helping children to discover, develop and nurture their love for ponies and the outdoors. With over 100 topics for children to explore, Pony Stars will ignite a passion for ponies, build knowledge and cement friendships that will last a lifetime. With four key groups, Pony Stars enables long-term progression with a range of activities that will develop knowledge, skills and self-confidence. In each group your junior riders will work through sets of challenges that make up topics within set themes.
Pony Club members can complete badges in these sessions and all riders can gain rosettes for different themes.
A great opportunity to spend the afternoon with other adult riders improving your equestrian skills. Work towards & achieve British Horse Society Society Challenge Awards as part of the BHS's Recreational Pathway. Sessions will be tailored to those who attend so you can all get the most out of the event, if you don't want to ride & would prefer to do more stable management, this isn't a problem just let us know. If there is something in particular you would like to learn & discuss in the stable management lessons, or just more practical lessons off the horse such as tacking up please let us know.
